Chip shopsHow do you think tabloids sell?
Mate, I've followed this thread, and the rumour thread and every one of your posts has been spot on. Every one a sensible, well reasoned and well worded post.Spot on. I like discussion, but if someone posts something in good faith we really don't need the same few posters thinking they're some sort of lawyer conducting a cross examination. I think the takeover is done, I think what @Hawyatt Earp is posting sounds realistic enough and would back up my belief that it's been completed, but even if you don't believe it you can just ignore it, or even say that you don't think it's accurate, but do we really need post after post trying to find any inconsistencies etc? It's no wonder people who get info often don't post it. In future I'm sure Reiver and the likes might not bother as well, which is a pain in the arse for those of us who are happy to take or leave it at face value
I'm not sure that excuses the sitters he missed though.Grigg was doing fine but his manager at Wigan knew how to best utilise him. Ross hasn't got a clue.
That takes some believing if true , and gives a good indication as to why we are failing . When we have people attending a type of speed dating type of event it highlights that we don't aspire to make the right type of signings . We HAVE to improve in this area , try something radical even to the extent of using a selection of our knowledgable fans to attend games and give a run down of players performances on an expenses only basis which could be formulated in to some sort of data base to cross reference with our transfer requirements - off the wall but better than nothing and wouldn't cost much .We've got no scouts.

Erm actually he generally wasn’t being picked or scoring when we signed him because he was playing badly sorry to ruin your anti Ross rant with factsGrigg was doing fine but his manager at Wigan knew how to best utilise him. Ross hasn't got a clue.

Good FridayWhich friday
Budweiser's not badHope they don't put shite American lager on the pumps.
Long ball football then? As I’ve said I’m not bothered if he goes or not, but I am interested in your theory of the long ball. Tony Pulis type of manager required?Balls over the top play into the channels not lump it at his neck like Ross does.
We failed to get 2 points a game last season we are failing to do it this season.
We are on course for another playoff season with the league's most expensive squad both seasons
But yeah let's not sack him
His record states that he is decent, no more than that... His style of play and the way he sets teams up ,always on the back foot before a ball is kicked , is not conducive to be a winning successful team. He will come up short again if he ever reaches May time.Behave. Twisting words now.
Ross has had over a season and he still looks lost tactically and has no idea who his first 11 are as you know. A new manager losing 5 on the bounce is very unlikely in this league, again as you well know. Would the supporters be worried if that happened, yes. Then you'd have to question the appointment for sure. It's unfortunate Ross is not up to the challenge. He's not a league one manager. It's time he was replaced. I'd agree with keeping him if he was actually showing signs of improving the team but he isn't. It's not always the answer to sack a manager but just look at his record.
