SAFC Takeover Latest

The fans want excitement first and foremost. A team with character and an attacking bent and not the horizontal pissypants gameplan proposed by Ross. Loads of managers could set up the best squad in league one not to lose. The problem is he does it and we still lose or draw against riffraff.
@riffraff

Would you prefer games like Coventry at home last season over a draw?

 He has a points per game record which is among the best at safc in the last 40 years.

I’m not bothered if he stays or goes but it just repeats the pattern we have witnessed.

The next one comes in and the same things will happen. No matter who is in charge our playing staff is league one standard, however they are honest pros giving their best.

If you compare like for like (3rd division) there's only one other comparable season though in our long and occasionally glorious history.

I'm not pretending mate. I appreciate I'm just a stranger on the internet but I'm telling the truth. You can take it or leave it, but it's all done.

You see
This is where is struggle.
Exactly as Hawyatt says it, take it or leave it, personally I like the discussion but this place delves way too far at times wanting to know the inner length of Stewys Donald’s left bawbag otherwise the info is made up.

Just chill the fuckety fuck out

Would you rather persist with Ross and the current recruitment team?
What exactly do the recruitment team do between transfer windows , whatever it is needs to change if recent windows are anything to go by . Jack Ross I would leave unless their was a worsening of league standings but with another transfer window to come in January he should know exactly what is required to achieve promotion . The recruitment team should be the first department the new regime need to overhaul and quickly as we have wasted millions on mediocre and unsuitable players for years as our transfer income illustrates .

Yes they are the only ones available of course
I think they are. Maybe get that Portsmouth bloke in.

I reckon they sit in the AOL having a chat and organising nights out. Not another club in the country has problems identifying players and bringing them to their clubs

We've got no scouts.

I'm sure I remember a statement coming from the club after last season saying there was a list of the players who had been identified for either the Championship or L1 and that would be implemented immediately. Its hard to believe it contained the names of the players we did eventually sign.

Well they are definitely not going to watch how players are getting on form wise before they buy them. Grigg for example.

Spot on. I like discussion, but if someone posts something in good faith we really don't need the same few posters thinking they're some sort of lawyer conducting a cross examination. I think the takeover is done, I think what @Hawyatt Earp is posting sounds realistic enough and would back up my belief that it's been completed, but even if you don't believe it you can just ignore it, or even say that you don't think it's accurate, but do we really need post after post trying to find any inconsistencies etc? It's no wonder people who get info often don't post it. In future I'm sure Reiver and the likes might not bother as well, which is a pain in the arse for those of us who are happy to take or leave it at face value
