The new owners have carried out forensic analysis of the club from top to bottom and have discovered some skeletons in the closet that they want sorting or at least are ready for before the deal is signed.

Personally as much as I want this takeover announced, I welcome a detailed investigation into the current and historic shit show that is safc

If anything it shows that when they do take over they won't let things slip

I agree, was too early but it had been going on for months. It was cm who informed the fanzines as the times had caught wind and he wanted to control the narrative.

The odd part of it was after a week or two the fanzines were pointing towards it being done and you can only assume that again came from the club and there has been something that's gone of course since then because it's been weeks since.

Second best in about every game, 5 points off the top after we've just saved a draw against the joke of the league (their previous games were 2-5, 0-5, 0-5, 0-5, 1-6, 0-0). He should've been sacked after last season's failed attempt, he got another chance and he's blowing it. We'll stay another season in League one because we keep saying we're not that far from 2nd. We never look like a top 2 team.

If the club have leaked it then they have really underestimated the analysis our fans (rightly or wrongly) put into every release.

You would think after a year here they would have noticed we are not your usual fan base

Don't disagree with much of that, but I think the problem lies in recruitment. Results themselves are not bad, an improvement is needed but not a massive jump.
