They weren't skeletons, they were zombies, and SD hadn't killed them as dead as he thought.

Stuck in limbo with everything else, unless the new men tell Donald to pull the trigger.

Doesn't bode well for SD If that's the case, better get used to standing in the away end....

It means only that the company which will be used to hold their shares in Sunderland has been formed. There have been no filings for Sunderland Limited itself. Now, they could have been appointed as directors of Sunderland, and the related filings haven't yet been done; we have no way of knowing that. The delay, as I've said consistently, is them wanting to put corrective actions in place before announcing.
I think a new co costs £18 to form at companies house doesn’t it. The new three have 75% iirc which is £13.50 between em ie £4.50 each. I think. Day think I could’ve made it as an accountant? I mean @shepherd88 managed...arny joking man shep.

Posters are putting a lot of hope in a sum that wouldn’t buy a pint in any of the pubs round Companies House bar the Spoons n Sam smiths places. It’s only using the SOL address that genuinely gives hope to hundreds of thousands imho.

It costs a whole lot more to form a company in Delaware to own the shares in the UK company, and have blue chip lawyers in both jurisdictions do it though.

After reading these past ten or so pages and the information referring to the Alvarez litigation debacle, Deloittes are forensic examiners , if my memory is correct. Very interesting to hear they are at the club for the due diligence, it would not surprise me if further litigation follows on with other people who once were associated with the club..

hopefully they'll investigate De Fanti's 14 signings

I see the usual whingers are at it again. If people don’t like the content of a thread and would rather not have updates, then just don’t open the thread and leave it to others who are interested.
I don't see anything wrong with someone querying or challenging the validity of a fact or opinion. In my opinion, the thread should not just be about accepting crumbs/scraps and giving likes.

Like most other people, I am anxious for the info but do take it with a pinch of salt.

I'm certainly not ruling it out. It looks as though Donald's DD people used a feather duster, but Deloitte have given the club an industrial deep clean. It wouldn't surprise me at all to find out later that the Americans were the ones who instigated the negligence suit against the doctor who did the Alvarez medical.

Wouldn't that be interesting.

I think my fking pie at Bolton was two weeks old.
I have noticed that you have mentioned your disappointment with the pies at Bolton on a couple of threads now. Trust me you just have to "let it go" and lay it to rest or you risk becoming very embittered.

Grab yourself something from Greggs at lunchtime and try to lighten up. ;)

Could someone do a brief description of the amusing straws and outlandish fantasies that many on this board are currently grasping for ...followed by the factual reality of the situation, for the mildly skeptical and/or mildly curious among us?

thanks...
so in the simplest terms this is merely a prep for a transition of ownership, rather than evidence an explicit transfer of ownership.
corrective actions.... that term is disconcertingly vague

Morrisons chips and three mini chicken fillets this lunchtime, comes in at £2.00, approx £1.50 cheaper than my Bolton nightmare.
