The Hilton has been fully booked for the last two Tuesdays. Next week it is fully booked Tuesday and Wednesday. Is there anything happening in Sunderland (apart from the takeover) that could account for this?

If it wasn't genuine, I don't think it would be still in Companies House. I'm sure it would have been took down for legal reasons.

Let's hope their plans work out better than those at Wolves. Fosun chairman Guo Guangchang is worth billions, but it's not much help when you are in the bottom 3, down to 10 men at Crystal Palace and losing 1-0.
