Ross - Defense is better than last year

It’s the beginning of the end for Jack, making stuff up and having a pop at the fans.

The owners are pushing their luck persevering with this clown. There's millions to be made for them personally and they need to get someone in who knows what he's doing before the season ends prematurely in acrimony and recriminations.

Just the team being able to pass a ball properly would improve the chances of keeping clean sheets. Was it just over 50% pass completion against Rotherham? That’s the issue for me. Giving away cheap possession puts the defense under constant pressure.

The problem is though...
Ross is not a bad Manager, mas shown last season by getting into the play offs and 2 finals, however he is not a good Manager either.
So it is hard to sack him while we are still close to the top, but i see the same as last season.... we will be close, but with nothing at the end of it.
But while we are close Ross has an argument for... we would have gone up if they did not sack me. Sad thing is for him to be proven wrong, we all lose out.

Agreeable.

Plus don't think it's good man management to say we are worse.

WE need to win games, we need to stop trying to hold onto 1 goal leads and getting everybody behind the ball, we are not playing against the elite of the game, we are in division 3 FFS, wake up Ross and grow some balls, dude (I added that for any new fans looking at our soccer team)

An absolutely shocking pass completion rate and I think McLaughlin's was a paltry 35%. Unreal that someone whose job description is professional footballer can misplace two out of every three passes. God knows what recruitment and coaching get up to if this is the outcome of their endeavours.

Pretty much how I see him.
Ross is a young inexperienced manager who we were willing to take a punt on last season. He did ok but ok for SAFC in this league isn’t good enough.

I think he’ll do ok again this season- probably playoffs which leave us in another lottery and we all know how that panned out.

We simply have to get automatic promotion this season and if there’s better options than Ross to provide this then he’s simply got to go.

The right back or the keeper?
