Not sure Keane is a risk we need to take, I was a massive fan when he was here but whether I like it or not he is a ticking time bomb and his methods may either be embraced by all or be detrimental to our promotion push.

If BSA is a realistic target its an absolute no brainer, couldn't give a fuck what he's done in the past he's exactly what we need.

No thanks.

I don't dispute he did a great job here. And I really do think I was probably more excited about the future when we had him than at any other time since Reid. But the way he carries on with all his grudges shows, at least for me, that he is unsuited to man management. Some players need an arm round them. Can Keane ever really do this?

He hasn't changed and has actually spent most of the time railing of the little problems with the modern football world rather than pragmatically accepting, as a wannabe manager, he can't do a lot about some of them.

I'd have BSA over him, much more sensible and proven.

Also, might add than anything Keane learnt from MON he should throw in the f***ing bin. He was past it by the time he arrived here, let alone now.
Agree completely. Keane was brilliant here but nothing he has done since has made me think he would be a success here again. Also as you said i think whilst his recent talk ins and tv appearances have been explosive and entertaining, its not really ideal from a manager. BSA for me too 👍

You might be right there my friend.

Never thought of him, but one or two things would make sense!

Wasn't part of the issue he had with the German national team that he didn't fancy leaving the US very much, can't see the delights of Sunderland being a big pull. That and he isn't very good.
