That would take us into November and give the new manager a bit of time to get to know the squad better and identify players to sign in the January transfer window

We are 4th in the league with a game in hand, it's not all doom and gloom.

The performances are very concerning atm though, not good enough but we have re-built our squad again and it's early days yet

To be honest Golden, I think our defence is grossly overatted.Both Ozturk and in particular,Willis are static as Hell and God knows what fans see in Willis.Ive been slated on here for saying Willis cannot pass a ball and is a head tennis merchant. That saying they should still be able to handle this league.
 
Was willing to see how the season panned out but now clear we won't go up with him in charge so he has to go.

Need to get someone in now then back him him in the January window for the promotion push.

He’s had over SIXTY games to mould our defence into something solid enough not only to stop that, but to keep clean sheets, and FAILED. Whatever his “ coaching “ method is, fails most weeks, and he’s had PLENTY of time to sort it, with players who HE brought in. How long are we expected to wait for this “improvement “ FFS!


BSA would have sorted in in 6 games.

He doesn’t know who he wants to play where, what formation he wants to play, then changes whatever he decided in no time during a match. His reshuffling / subbing during a match is baffling .

Apart from that he’s doing a good job .Jesus.

One of the best posts I have read even Stevie Wonder could see how shite Ross is.
 
I've been undecided for a while now and edging on the keep him side but I think last night was the turning point. We were gifted an early lead and once again failed to capitalise on it. I said at the beginning of the season we needed to produce a more defined style of play and that's just not materialized.

Rebuilt? Theres only two of the new.signings playing regurlarly and thats willis and mcnulty

Thats.not a valid excuse for me.like. Plus his signings are lifting
 
Just got to say 76.6 percent of the poll for out, i thought it would be interesting last night to see the result, but i did not think, it would be well over 50% for out, it seems many have lost patience with him, maybe having a pop at supporters the day before game's isn't a wise idea for your continued employment Jack, a lesson for your next job maybe 🎙
