I read it as safe 'for now'. SD obviously believes in him, which is fine but if we are backed financially by the new lads which is just about a nailed on assumption, then Ross (or any manager) will have to deliver or they'll be replaced.

I honestly find it f***ing staggering that there is a certain percentage of our fans who seem not excited by this takeover and are struggling to see how this will change our entire football club.

Honestly if you cannot get excited about now having the 2nd wealthiest owners in world football you need to jack it in and find another hobby.

There is a very good reason the Mags are f***ing spewing. They know this changes everything long term

Well said sir, when we are flying people will be whining about the difficulties of acquiring tickets, probably the ones on here that don't even attend.

I'm excited but want to here what they say first. I don't anticipate that they will say that they will be splashing dosh left, right and centre.
 
One of the Engineers at work has told me he's been talking to one of our truck drivers who's son works at the club and updates the site, apparently, and an announcement will be going on tonight/tomorrow morning. He actually said they are getting ready to post it at midnight but I have my doubts about that. Just posting what he told me..!

I agree with you but to put myself in others shoes, Barnsley were relegated to league one with the 6th richest owners in the uk. Not much has changed for them.

My neighbour’s cousin’s hairdresser’s ex-boyfriend’s sister’s friend’s child’s teacher’s mate’s dad’s boss’ daughter’s window cleaner’s uncle’s barber reckons he’s heard the same.
