For those wondering about Michael Dell's involvement. These guys are the managing partners in MSD Partners - it appears to be an investment vehicle for Michael Dells money (and others) so whilst his cash may well be heavily involved he, personally, won't be as he leaves it to others to manage the investments. For what it's worth, their investment strategy appears to be for long term investment and growth rather than grab the cash and run - sounds very promising. Stand to be corrected if I'm wrong but this is how I read it:

Sure it's been reported that they are doing this on an individual basis, not directly as MSD Partners.
