He can be involved in the holding company iirc. @Grumpy Old Man might clear it up for us but as far as I know, companies house just lists directors. If he's a passive minority investor he might well not be a director. He'd be a shareholder, but some companies have millions of shareholders and they aren't all mentioned on companies house. It'll all be cleared up soon enough like, I'm sure it'll be asked at the press conference
