SAFC Takeover Latest

My reading of this is that FPP is a company that has been set up as a vehicle for the purchase of shares in the football club.
There are three directors holding equal rights in the company that has a nominal value of £1.00.
Collectively, they own 75% or more of the shares. I would guess that the actual figure is 100%. Note, there is only one share in this company. So no mention of Michael Dell as yet but all that could change once the purchase of SAFC shares takes place.
This documentation doesn't show that the club has been taken over yet, but this is certainly a major step towards that happening.

I like the fact the address is given as the stadium which suggests some agreement with the club.

The sheikh who was interested in the mags set up a similar holding company, ‘Monochrome Acquisition Ltd’, which seems to have come to nowt. But they didn’t use the landfill as their address.

This is a new company. It tells us nothing about how much of Sunderland Ltd they will acquire. My reading of that is that the other 25% of the shares will be held by Dell as a passive investor.
Yes. The three own 75% of the shares for FPP Sunderland company and not Sunderland AFC. There’s another 25% owned by someone else. Won’t be SD or CM as they would be listed as Directors too as still involved.

When this goes through I'll be hugely disappointed if none of those journalists don't ask if there is going to be a monorail.

 can just imagine the press conference.

Journalist: so obviously there's something the fans want to know

New owner: yes, well we can tell them now that we intend to invest sensibly in the club with the aim to build it into a force in the Premier League which is where we really feel it belongs

Journalist: nah, they're bored of all that shite by now man, they just want to know if they're getting a monorail

Dell:
