Only Fuhrman knows the sport. Others have no idea apparently. Not that it matters I suppose.
You'd want a say in the business you're putting money into, surely? In all honesty I'd prefer they wrote the checks and kept their beak out otherwise.
Hence the issue, probably looking for a massive pay offSartori only paid £3 million iirc? But he got a 20% stake - effectively valuing the club at £15 million (when he bought in).

He is, we both are, I tell Jeff stuff not the other way around
He'll be back I reckon, message from him today and he seems fine, living it up in some French battle field or summat, and he is a fanny!
I think any investor looking at SAFC books from 2017-2019 can tell what a good job Donald and Meth have done. They’ve proved they can keep us sustainable. Reduced the investment risk massively. Not if I trusted the people currently running it to do a better job than I could, especially if I didn't know the industry at all and they were already doing a decent job.

Team might be doing shite but they've got a canny stadium that cost around ahalf a billion quid back in 2012! Build the stadium and they will come![]()
I don't think they will have invested in the area etc but rather because they aren't the main investors plus there's a few more investors. Is Miami as bad as our place or should I say, have more investement/development/regeneration potential? I thought Miami was all fast cars, speedboats, sexy women and cool blokes with that fly on the wall documentary from the 80's called Miami Vice?

From what I've seen Miami Marlins were bought in 2017 for $1.2b and $175m was from the Dell fund in preferred sharesI think that means if Miami Marlins can't pay it back then Dell fund will get shares? I don't know but maybe someone else can explain as I can't be arsed to do owt more than skip read it!

I've only commented about 3-4 times on this 25,000 posts thread as all I'm actually waiting on is the official announcement. I have kept any excitement at a very low level as I want some actual real tangible proof with some specifics as to what is happening. Hopefully when whatever happens does, I'll be like a kid on Christmas morningEveryone's bored as fuck with the whole thing now tbh. An announcement will barely even be exciting at this point marra.
