WHEN the new owner's take control of the club, it is possible that SAFC could then be represented by one of New York's top law firms, (I'd imagine MSD Partners having one of the biggest Law firms in the world) who, upon undertaking their due diligence to buy the club, have come across the Alvarez case, and believe the people behind the medical reports should be held accountable.
They might think it's worth a go, and the timing of the article is very coincidental.
Ive caught up! I can have breakfast and go into the outside world now
Appreciate the info and the updates. For the decent people on here, this is the latest message I've received, last night, below in bold.
For the rest.
Please tell me how I could've invented a story, two weeks back, that an art dealer who supplies his friend Glenn Fuhrman had shown me a WhatsApp message, at his home, confirming he'd bought the club.
I posted that information, as fact, on the board. I also posted that the owners would be arriving for the 'Burton game' which subsequently happened. I said Donald would be flying up to meet them which was subsequently confirmed. Shouting 'liar' might carry some weight if any of you had proved me wrong or posted the slightest piece of contradictory evidence. But, in reality, you have nothing but feet stamping and toy throwing. It's obvious that some of you, for whatever sick reasons, are desperate for this takeover to fail. Either that or you get your kicks out of posting infantile drivel on a chat for. I won't be interrogated on here by a small bunch of bitter losers ... If anyone wants to call me a liar to my face I'm at your disposal.
“Things still going really well and hopefully an announcement next week but common sense tells you that both sides have been instructed by the lawyers to keep their mouths shut until it’s made official via an official media conference as the current silence from SAFC’s hierarchy is absolutely deafening.
Although Jack Ross refered to having talked to some of the new owners in his pre Accrington media conference today, it generally seems as if the whole club is in lockdown although they’re going to have to come above ground for Accrington on Saturday. It will be interesting to see how many media bods raise the takeover question in the lead up to the game and in the post match media conference with management and players, because it will be beyond belief if the subject does not get raised and would suggest that there is some sort of media embargo in place forbidding questions on the subject. It’s happening, it’s close”.
I'm actually confused as I don't know if you got my joke or notI didn't say guys ... I said 'guys' ffs![]()
Think we could see that on Saturday night if he doesn’t start getting this team to perform, will be disappointing with anything other than a win whilst playing well and going for it.Personally think we could see the yellow ticker on sunday. ROSS sacked. Then momday takeover completed.

What’s for breakfast? I have a recipeIve caught up! I can have breakfast and go into the outside world now
Surely the lawsuit would of been raised once they had control and the dust had settled.
Could that be the staffing issue mentioned?Reckon the Alvarez thing is what's holding this up? Strange time for that to come out.

Is there an article come out or something? Ive missed that
Painters in?Don't start that PM shit with me!
Kildare Mackem is conspicuous by his absence. Sworn to secrecy or just playing the game??
How does that actually work, as he obviously wont have the money to pay that amount anyway? Genuine questionThe Sun (Aye, I know) reckons we're suing our former doctor who conducted the medical of Alvarez for £13m.
