WHEN the new owner's take control of the club, it is possible that SAFC could then be represented by one of New York's top law firms, (I'd imagine MSD Partners having one of the biggest Law firms in the world) who, upon undertaking their due diligence to buy the club, have come across the Alvarez case, and believe the people behind the medical reports should be held accountable.

They might think it's worth a go, and the timing of the article is very coincidental.

Surely the lawsuit would of been raised once they had control and the dust had settled.

But, in reality, you have nothing but feet stamping and toy throwing. It's obvious that some of you, for whatever sick reasons, are desperate for this takeover to fail. If anyone wants to call me a liar to my face I'm at your disposal.

Although Jack Ross refered to having talked to some of the new owners in his pre Accrington media conference today, it generally seems as if the whole club is in lockdown although they’re going to have to come above ground for Accrington on Saturday. It will be interesting to see how many media bods raise the takeover question in the lead up to the game and in the post match media conference with management and players, because it will be beyond belief if the subject does not get raised and would suggest that there is some sort of media embargo in place forbidding questions on the subject. It’s happening, it’s close”.

Think we could see that on Saturday night if he doesn’t start getting this team to perform, will be disappointing with anything other than a win whilst playing well and going for it.

Not sure mate, tbh.

Maybe there is a timescale within which the plaintiff can 'appeal' or take the lawsuit to a different defendant.

If MSD Partner's Lawyer believes there is a case, I'm sure they'll be well placed to challenge the £13m damages.

They will be ruthless lawyers.
