Stop being a tit. I've posted nothing butb facts. I get it's a rumour thread, but unless someone is being gung-ho and stating things are done then they're mags, or want the deal to fail.

If the takeover is agreed in full and the delay is just down to something regarding staffing etc that, regardless of the outcome of the discussions, still sees them take over then I'd say the deal is done, it's just the announcement is being held off on for now. If it's all agreed and just waiting on ELF clearance which ought to be a formality then I'd still say it's done. You're right that it's not done if it can still collapse but, barring the EFL randomly saying they're unfit, I don't believe that's the case

I see what you mean now. The deal isn't done pending EFL approval though. I believe it's still going through due diligence.
