Your missing the "itk" who were arguing about who announced it was a done deal by Friday (last week) first, even though it still hasn't been announced.

You never know G....The new owners will want the best they can get, and I rate Southgate,he's young and ambitious and might fancy our project.
 
I wonder if the deal is likely to be announced tomorrow, what with it being 11th September? Not sure if Americans would avoid that date or whether it's a non-issue?

Or a meringue?
 
Don't know if someone has posted already but Jonathan Wilson on the Guardian podcast mentioned the takeover as 'should go through this week'
