The two bits i remember the most .Still cannot believe Hodgies shot didnt go in. Looking at Walker pick the ball up for the penalty, he didnt want to take it, i couldnt watch i knew he'd miss. Great weekend, terrible game.

When Lord Gary of Rowell came round to our end of the stadium and lifted the trophy up in his Narridge shirt my dad and eye turned to each other and we were both blubbing.

Doh! Strength of the existing management is the first thing to be assessed when buying a company! If they are any good and fit the investment model they are often kept on

I was stood in our end, 16 years old and couldn’t watch the penalty either. I’d been going to Roker since 1974 but the crowd that day was by far the loudest I’d experienced and probably still is to this day.
