Here’s my thoughts on the Sheepfolds thing

They yanks want to build a new training complex next to the ground bit like Man City and build houses or something on Cleadon site

I’m not sure if any of this is possible like, just a thought

Doubt it mate. The AOL is pretty new and not like there is loads of room for them to improve the facilities.

I don't think some houses would make enough money to make it worthwhile.

Didn’t the AOL have to be built below a certain height to be granted planning permission or something? Can’t imagine houses would be approved.

Not a chance in hell of building houses on there, how long did it take to get planning permission for the indoor barn.
 
Messi is apparently allowed to Leave Barca for free next summer. Reckon he’s heard about the proposed take over and wants a slice of it?
