Has this delay got anything to do with the goings on in Parliament this week? Seems a bit coincidental that they fly across to conclude the deal Thursday/Friday and on Wednesday night the chances of exiting the EU on the 31st October all but died! I mean if I was a U.S Republican businessman I could see investment in the UK as a good investment in a post Brexit UK when you will see closer trading relationships between the UK and US. If the UK remains locked in Brexit paralysis for the next 5 years due to Corbyn and his cronies that investment is no longer as attractive.
Erm...no
