Takeover Rumours

So to summarise - Rev said the takeover would be completed Thursday or Friday, then for the BBC to come out and say it wont be until next week as the paperwork is dragging on. Then for Rev to say afterwards he'd had a text earlier in the day saying next week as well but he wasnt allowed to reveal it.

Then Rev said the hold up is staffing issues namely the manager and a replacement has been lined up, then for Roker Report and ALS to deny it and say that Ross is staying.

Thing is, if they don’t get rid of JR now they’ve got to back him for the season and probably in the January window too.

No, someone else said that Deloitte were doing the due diligence for the investors. I have it on very good authority that this is so. @Reiver said the the investors and Sr Tonna used the same lawyers, and didn't name them.

I'm having pm requests, notifications, texts, WhatsApps, emails, etc every thirty seconds ... literally, and having to respond.

Someone pulled me up because I'd called Mr Tonna a millionaire on one post then a billionaire a thousand posts later

I very occasionally get mixed up and use the wrong terminology ...
... you'd think I was getting paid for all this work ffs

Carry on posting some of us appreciate it

Really? Here's me thinking we have had quite a few promotions and cup finals etc in that time, or is it only top league success that counts? We could learn a lot from some of the fans from this league who back their team to the hilt despite never been in the top league..
We've lost our last 8 visits to Wembley, yeah amazingly successful that mind. Promotions isn't winning anything and they've always been followed by relegation, usually embarrassingly terrible relegation as well. This time it was two relegations on the trot.

Except Rivs said the takeover was completed some time ago.
