Why all the panic?
There was never ever a definitive day put on it even reivier said he was guessing at Friday. Because a presenter on radio Newcastle has said its not going to be this week people are saying its off

Radio Newcastle didn't have a clue, until yesterday and that was probably down to reading this thread

It might be announced tomorrow it might be Monday let's just calm down and relax

been there mate. sent about 50 emails to Santoosh over there when I needed to quote a client to repair a CCTV server. Nice bloke and he tried his best to help but sadly couldn't speak a word of the queens:lol:

Donald and Methven obviously staying, and other than Ross and the players no one else is likely to be asked about it. In other areas the staff has been pretty much cut back to the bone so there's not likely to be many cuts there. Recruitment and things will be looked at but not immediately you wouldn't have thought, and again no one is going to be asking Coton about the takeover so it wouldn't look bad at all if he left the day after the announcement. I'm taking a leap, but I'd be thinking they've got a manager in mind. I'm probably wrong, just can't think what other major staffing issues might affect the timing of an announcement

Would have thought if that was the case that it wouldn't be left till 0 hour to sort it out, tho mate.
 
I've been reading this thread pretty much all day.. From what we know the deal is done just a delay that was unforseen but won't affect the takeover and hopefully will all go through maybe tomorrow if possible especially with the (soon to be) new owners apparently in the country.. If not we just need to be patient it's only a few more days.. Our patience will be rewarded and we will all celebrate.. while watching the unwashed have a melt down.
I know we are all nervous, impatient and eager for this to happen we have seen false dawns before and takeovers fail but there is no reason to panic with this we have only to be patient. STID!
