I'm taking a leap, but I'd be thinking they've got a manager in mind. I'm probably wrong, just can't think what other major staffing issues might affect the timing of an announcement

Bear in mind Methven set the whole thing up and he was raging at Ross at the end of season podcast in may.

He could have told them they need shot but Donald wont

Nothing but what I've said, some expect these multi million pound deals to be done overnight ffs and crap themselves when it isn't! They are not buying an old Ford Escort from the bloke around the corner plus I bet these lads have all sorts on the boil all the time, everyone just enjoy the weekend and comeback refreshed and raring to refresh from Monday :D :cool:;)

I never caught the podcast. Was he pissed off with them sitting back after taken that own goal when it was obvious the opposition was in shock?

That won’t make a difference to the takeover though. It’ll be legal or financial stuff, or maybe staffing at board level - they can sort the rest of the staff out anytime
