Can’t make it a 60 odd thousand seater in league 1 or the championship. I’d think if we became a regular top 10 club selling out the stadium that’s when they’d do it.

I have to stress though the lad who told me about the roof said that was just one of their plans, like an ambition not something nailed on.

It could make them look a bit daft extending to 63,000 while in the third division. It could however be the best time to do it disruption wise as any closures of parts of the ground wouldn’t affect us as we could still close parts and then reopen the concourse. If we were filling the ground in the top flight it might be a bit harder, although I don’t remember that much disruption last time they extended. It would certainly be a signal of intention doing it now!

Depending on time it’ll be Friday evening or Saturday morning for me.
Just one thing. This appears to be the biggest thing to happen to the club ever. For the sake of the supporters, just don’t fuck this opportunity up please, SAFC.
