I hope thier retired advisor ex Manager has given MSD a list of Managers that can gain firstly promotion and to kick on.

I'm guessing on this bit Teed but I'd say that as soon as the managerial situation is decided our mystery adviser will be gone.

There's no suggestion of a DOF and certainly not one who chooses his own puppets.
