I wondered this too, but a quick read up suggests that the Bolton deal took months, it was started before June.

In order to realise the value of the investment they have to achieve promotion....soon. Why would they write off this year?

I would imagine that when they look into these fellas they will see no barriers.....should be done sooner rather than later....much sooner.

I've posted a dozen pieces of info regarding the takeover over the last week or so.

Each time I do people come on to disagree but post no facts whatsoever.

Surely if you're disagreeing with someone you have to put up a contrary argument ...

Think they would rather not but immediate returns on their money wont be something these types will worry about.The decks will be cleared and they will attract a much better quality player.At the moment we are clogging up squad with fillers.Might be over thinking this like,still pissed off with cost of pboro trip ha

You're right...it isn't short term......they're looking at longer term returns.....but the longer we languish in the Third Div.,the longer it will take,and the more difficult it will be.

Spot on mate,i had a discussion about coton with kildaremackem.He said coton watched players several times i said he needs cataracts removing then. wheres km anyway strange him going missing
