Even if it goes through tomorrow, we won’t be signing anyone because of it.
It wouldn’t surprise me if it’s already done, but we’ll see it announced the day after the transfer window. Just because people will wrongly assume we’ll get shit loads of players in if it’s announced before. Helps the PR machine get off on the right foot.
