Cheers for the update, all sounds fairly positive to me. Obviously the usual suspects won’t be happy until it’s all confirmed but good things come to those that wait and this sounds like it’s worth waiting for.

New owners usually want their own guy installed, unless there's overwhelming evidence the existing gaffer is toppers... Ross is no where near that category based on body of work here.
