What further info are you expecting to get on Sunday mate out of interest? more of the ins and outs of the plans the new blokes have going forward?

Each team of lawyers needs to justify their existence by nitpicking their way line by line through the contract. This is where the joke about deals only being valid when signed at 4.30am comes from. I think @Reiver may be being a little pessimistic on the timescale; once the first draft is in place it's usually a couple of days at most, particularly if both sets of principals want to get the deal done (they let their lawyers have their little bit of fun, and then start banging heads together).
