Wonder what made him turn as I can remember him being canny tbh when first came though was a good poster.

Surely they could make money far more efficiently than buying SAFC?

I would just love it if they are serious for a long term project and also develop the area around the SOL. Family not from Sunderland but Grandad worked in the pits so it was passed down but would be nice to see some money spent over there rather than just over Newcastle way.

The council will shit themselves when a proper investor moves in and starts kicking off at them.

They’d make more money leaving it in a bank than investing in us.
