I live miles from Sunderland so havent a clue what you are blithering on about.

As an outsider looking in the place is improving but needs more...this Stadium Village looks fantastic and should be supported.

As stated if you are such an expert on regeneration why dont you stand for election and show the Council how its done? Honest question why not? If everyone is useless what is your qualifications and experience to say you could do better?

What gives you the right to say they are doing a great job......outsider. Blithering 😁 😁

So because I don't like something I have to take up the fight...don't be a fool man. Who said I could do better....hold on I could and so could my two youngsters.

You and your pal should keep your noses out of other peoples authorities business when they know nothing about how its run for the people of Sunderland.

I think you’re getting the wrong end of the stick tbh - what @Reiver is saying imo is that we should get behind the club, it’s prospective new owners & the authorities to do something for our city - it’s not as if it doesn’t need help, unless you’ve not been to city centre recently

Well yeah, that's all I'm saying ffs ...

... is pulling together such a terrible concept.

Believe me the man from Dell won't pull any punches dealing with a few pompous Sunderland councillors.
That bloke was a billy liar, aright Walter Mitty.

You sound like a bit of a bell.

You sound a bigger bell.
I’m not quite sure what the council has to do with the football club mind.

Its all from the preacher.

Look I'm 100% behind that. Its strangers and outsiders like the preacher who think they know better about the Town of Sunderland and how its run that riles me.

The City centre by the way is a pigsty.....shame on the Council.

I leave it there.....BACK TO FOOTBALL.

No I’m not. I believe you but until it’s done I won’t be doing any cartwheels
Too late for me, I’ve already started doing cartwheels.

To me it’s like watching a goal being scored, do you enjoy the moment as it only lasts a short while, or do you wait for VAR to confirm it before you get excited, because by then the moment has gone.

Best comeback since Lazarus.

Do you post on the Echo facebook page? Your craic seems familiar? How's the fortnightly bin collection treating you?

Charming comments. No I would not go near the Sunderland echo rag. Yes my crack is large. The fortnightly bin drops are working out fine, they keep moving me though which is a bugger.

It’s nothing like that at all. That’s idiotic

Seriously, does anyone know when the big day might be?? It’s like Christmas Eve to me, all this

From what I've been hearing, a week or two at most.
What a tit you are.....non SAFC man/BOY.

Riv was probably supporting SAFC before you were born. I suppose my comments are all invalid because I was born in Shields and now live in Bristol.
