More money spent on the infrastructure rather than the players...
It'll be spread across the infrastructure, the community and the club.
Hold this word in your mind .... 'Sheepfolds'

Better academy, spruced up buildings, more maintenance on the stadium, technological improvements, more coaches, better and more scouts, improved sponsorship deals...It'll be spread across the infrastructure, the community and the club.

I'll just wait and see if its all the same to youI'm laughing at you now tbh, this is happening and will be a long term 'legacy' investment.
I'd advise you, and any other doubters, to just get used to the idea.

Nothing is done yet
The usual scarf above the head marraWhat do you see as being the deal breaker?

Exactly right, think the problem is a lot of our fans cant believe this could happen to us.If i had their wealth and was looking to the nou camp within 5 years ,this is the club i would buy.I know i know but look how much they will be paying for a club who can still draw crowds like us.Nominal outlay at first then who knows .....They might read this forum and realise what a bunch of clownshoes some of our fans are.
About time the trees got a mention, well done.Bigger trees?

Add satori as well mind im Suprised juan hasn't put a bit in yet
I think the deal is done ,just waiting for efl clearance .Is everyone confident then?
maybe he's just trying to temper people's expectations? That's absolutely fine ...
... any idea how many times you'll keep repeating that until it's 'done'?
Aye of course. It says deal agreed so just needs EFL approval. They are hardly fake shieks like the mags takeover. These are known big hitters with nothing to tarnish themIs everyone confident then?
The trees have grown. Surprisingly after 20 years they’re bigger.Bigger trees?
I get what your saying but this hssnt just been going on since say Wednesday. They have been talking for months. SD was well happy last weekend and also yesterday and they were here both last weekend and this. Added to that CM has links to them so they wouldn't be here otherwise. Also no denials etc etc and they seemed very happy before, during and after the game yesterday. I was told yesterday it is all done so I'm happy with thatmaybe he's just trying to temper people's expectations?
I'm slightly surprised how excited people are getting. Surely reading the football press shows how quickly takeover attempts can fall apart. It isn't being anti-Sunderland in mentioning that sort of thing, just being realistic.
It will be hard for this to be a bad thing if it does all work out, but the 'scarf above the head' is a good phrase to sum up a sensible approach.
