West Indies chased down 322 with 5 wickets to spare 2 years ago. Very doable IMO.

Because if they pull it off it will be an all-time great performance, odds are stacked against.

Aye don't get me wrong, some of our wickets were awful, particularly Stokes. One of the worst shots I've seen given the situation. But as you sat, it's going to take luck as well as ability.

What I take issue with is how people react completely OTT. We take wickets, it's good bowling. We lose wickets, it's shite batting.

You can guarantee if Root is out to a dismissal like one of the wickets Archer took (where it rolled onto the stumps) it'll not be unlucky, it'll be shite batting, with him being told to fuck off, called a prick etc.

You might have a point in normal circumstances, but Friday was different. It wasn't 150 all out with a bit of a collapse, it was 67. It was a pathetic performance, team wide.

Bowling has been generally excellent in this match, along with 2 and bit innings of good graft in the batting.

It was playing stupid shots that got us 67 all out in the 1st innings.
Time is on our side, as in there being no need to chase the clock.
Play each ball on it’s merit and let the bowlers wear themselves down.
