I feel like the WIndies are here almost every year for a pointless 2-3 test series in conditions they can't be arsed with.

If you asked a touring side where they want to play, they would all say Lords and be extremely pissed off if they didn't get one there.

Went to the test where Pietersen got a double hundred. The Sunday was rained off but the previous day saw us flatten them.

Not sure we should be dictated to by other nations though. Lords tests are just not entertaining to be honest. Only thing that saved the previous test was the weather, but in fair conditions its a really dull, slow, boring pitch. Worst pitch in England out of the test grounds. I'd much rather watch tests at grounds with better pitches.

Been there for test cricket. Good venue.

The last one was due to the overheads though, not the pitch. With sun that pitch would have been very difficult to both score and take wickets on, ball barely carried. The Ireland game was a bit of a joke lets be honest.
