You can ‘instruct’ all you like, if the players don’t follow the instructions then it is all for nothing.

Just think, both managers give the instruction “Do not concede” at the beginning of the match and that is sufficient to guarantee that your team doesn’t concede, every game would be 0-0.

O’Nien does it very well when he is in midfield. I have no idea why Ross doesn’t push him up!
