Are we allowed to dream and get excited about this as iirc the mags were mocked for getting all giddy about the Arabs.

Perhaps it’s one rule for one and one for the other though so just checking...........

If the takeover does go through, the mags' protests will gather strength, guaranteed. Anything remotely positive happening at our club sends them into a demented rage. It's hilarious.

Just thinking about NUFC ... because in these circumstances you have to care about the afflicted ... a bit ... if this does goes through (wood touched, fingers crossed etc) I predict the outcry/boycoutts and demos against Ashley and Bruce will go into orbit ... I know I shouldn't think about them ... but hey man this is so funny :lol:
 
Amazing news, if it comes off and the consortium want to do a Man City making us a top 4 team within 5 years. However there are plenty of wealthy owners who haven't done that do not getting too excited just yet.

Their takeover wasn’t close to happening, this is one is just short of an official announcement. We are a league one club and a bloke in the top 25 richest men in the world wants to invest in our club, if we can’t get giddy about that then their is no hope.
