If you're in it to have a shiny new toy you can show off to your rich mates then we're a very good opportunity.

Relatively low fee to own the club outright. Current owners have done a great job with financial side of things so far, let them carry on. Fund their progress up the leagues as and when necessary knowing they don't plan to just hoy your money away.

If we get it right on the pitch then in a few years you could own a PL club with a massive stadium/fanbase having spent less than 70m quid. I'd imagine that's a fraction of what you'd pay for full ownership of Everton for example. The Netflix thing is a small added bonus as you know if the story does pan out the way we hope they'll be following it and putting the success of the club in front of a global audience.

Obviously the owners want to make money, just like we all do and would in their position.
But the best way for them to do it is to put all their effort into us being successful, getting the right investment along the way, and running us well for a good while yet.
Their best outcome is for us to be successful and to sell their remaining stake then. Everyone wins.
Stop being such a miserable git. This is good news and hopefully a good move by the owners. I'm pleased they'll still be involved.
 
Hope it leads us to recruiting quality players from anywhere a new scouting team can pluck them.

Very happy with some of our signings, but it can be better. With a proper backer, and intelligent recruitment system, we could tactically take ourselves back to the top.
 
Jesus Christ man some of the replies to this r unreal.
If they sell us or get investment meaning we r able to get out of this shit league and improve again after that to possibly give it a go to go up again why would anyone be bothered if they made some profit.
They’d deserve a reward for the shite they’ve had to clean up. IMO they aren’t perfect but I think they’ve done their best to sort us out. In general they’ve done a good job except being promoted.
I hope it’s true that they get investment and move us forward. Some people would twist on 21
