I got quite a shock when the victim was named yesterday, I went through the whole “nah it can’t be”, then I saw his picture. We weren’t friends but I used to see him at business events when he was at DeepOcean, and again after he joined Royal IHC. One of his Sons was very ill as a baby and had to spend a long time in an incubator, so Peter set out to raise funds for more and better incubators for the hospital. A very nice man who would always nod and smile. My boss knew him really well. He is gutted. RIP Peter, I hope the scummy little bastards get what they deserve... but almost certainly won’t.

Difficult up-bringing, fell in with bad crowd, alcohol abuse, drug issues, deeply ashamed, drug free whilst on remand, using prison education opportunities, trying to turn life around..... whatever other rubbish the representative can come up with to get a full house of liberal bullshit bingo.
The CPS should charge all under joint enterprise. Convict all of murder (not manslaughter) and give them the maximum tariff. Whilst classed as Young Offenders stick them in the institution furthest away from the NE. Make it as difficult as possible for them to have visitors.
Once released, as i said earlier, photographs in paper. Make it a term of release that they must give 28 days notice of any intention to move out of the area, even on a day trip, and ensure their photographs are posted in the appropriate media for that area.
No benefits. If they can't find a job they get nowt unless they attend local authority to carry out the worst possible tasks. Payment is exactly what would be received on benefits. Not a penny more.
Obviously none of the above will happen as they deserve a second chance. An opportunity at rehabilitation. They should have the same future opportunities as the victim, None.

The chances of them getting caught for stabbing someone is low. Not all stabbings results in a death and it was mentioned on here a few weeks ago that some people are even sewing themselves up as the hospitals are duty bound to report them
And on another note, the papers are reporting “a chance meeting “ I bet this goes to man slaughter.

This wasn't an accident, this wasn't a heated incident that got out of hand (such as the breaking up a fight rumours), this was an act of brutal and monstrous savagery which the circumstances cannot account for at all. These are quite clearly a group of horrible little scumbags who deserve the full force of the law coming down on them.

Assaults on teachers have increased dramatically over the past few years. I've a teacher friend who nearly lost his job because a 14 year-old (always in bother) made a false statement of assault against him, he even had to give a statement to the police. Fuckall happened to the kid, not even an exclusion. My mate thought his career was finished and the parent was spreading all kinds of shit on social media.

Nothing to do with the fact he’s just an obnoxious little twat that his parents have no control over and can’t be arsed with in the first place. If it’s not that then teachers get the blame, anyone but themselves. Next thing you know little Johnny is big Johnny and he’s murdered some poor geezer just getting on with his day.
Horrible little fuckers like this need a good kicking. It’s all they understand. But they know they won’t get one as we as a society protect them and they play it to the max.

We have a problem where scum parents are breeding hordes of scum kids who then go on to be scum parents of more scum kids.
In many of these case, whole generations of the families involved have histories with the authorities going back decades, whether it be drink, drugs, violence or worse. There is no sense of right or wrong with these people because it's never been ingrained in them from day one. They have been raised in the belief that they are untouchable and that, even if caught, nothing of any great consequence will happen to them. They opoerate on the principle of doing wrong until they are forcibly stopped - reasoning with them, pointing out that what they are doing is wrong is useless as they only care about what they want. They have no concept of the pain and anguish they cause to others. Some of these kids have dozens, often hundreds, of recorded offences against their names before they reach adulthood.
How to stop it? No idea. But it has to be something that makes the shaved apes think, and it must be something that threatens the quality of their lives with similar consequences to those they inflict on others around them.
One of the more drastic theories I heard was that once you reach the age of criminal responsibility you have three chances. If you offend after that, no matter how small the offence, you are jailed and chemically castrated to prevent the bloodline from continuing. Sounds harsh, and there would be uproar from the more liberal sections of society, but once it's been in place for a while there would be less and less of these types of dickheads to deal with. Either due to the fact that they can't reproduce, or that the ones who still have a modicum of sense will actually start to think about the consequences of their actions - not only on other people but to themselves.

When my wife was pregnant, one young lass she taught threatened to kill our baby, because my wife had dared to send her out of class for being disruptive. The lass got isolated for a day and let back into school the next. The school were told in no uncertain terms that my wife would not be returning to work with until the school had provided satisfactory security measures to keep her safe.
