Honeyman to Hull?

It definitely didn't. Bar the Newcastle debacle, we had a canny season, with a good footballing side.

It makes no sense whatsoever. If Honeyman and scored and assisted like that then why would people be criticising him?
An argument I see on here all the time, it makes no sense, it is essentially asking people to judge a player on a hypothetical rather than how they actually play.

Why are so many people pointing to Jack Ross saying he will remain as captain as being weird?

If you’re looking to sell your captain, and want a top price, it doesn’t make sense to strip him if the captaincy. By doing that you run the risk of either pissing the player off and him forcing a move on the cheap, or other teams thinking you want rid and trying to push the price down.

Keep him as captain, get a decent fee. Player is then gone by the end of the transfer window for a decent fee and the new captain can be appointed.

Exactly. It's the same as James signing a new deal then being sold the next week. It's to get maximum we can.

You can't strip him of the captaincy in case he fails the medical, basics.
