You do wonder why the club dont see stuff like this, class it as a 3rd kit or something make 3k or so and sell them. Would sell out straight away.

Could be. No manufacturer is going to offer a deal to ‘them’ as Ashley has matching rights, so very possibly the only option could be Donnay.
