I've been to 1 day England games but never been to an Ashes game. Headingley day 1-3 sold out, day 4 only has Premium seats at £300+ left. Day 5 (which is August Bank Holiday Monday) seats are only £25 each, full refund if no play or under 15 overs, 50% refund for 16-30 overs. Odds are, at least one day will be weather affected, could be a cracking day's cricket for a decent price for those interested.
I've booked a pair.

Day 5 at Headingley with England's batting lineup.

The only way that is going to happen is if it it pisses down on two of the previous days.

Day 5

Have you seen the batting line-ups lad?!

Rain doesn't save owt these days, because the drainage is so good that they get on pretty quickly. Which usually means them back out there in brutal swinging conditions.

This ^

Be astonished if any of these games go to 5 days if the weather doesn’t play a massive part.

I’ve looked into it too like marra, would love to take my old man to another Ashes Test. Even if we just leave it until the night before when play is assured. £25 for a days cricket is nowt - if it comes to that.

For all the man’s heeds scoffing at England’s batting and the drainage of English Test grounds - we’ve just had a mad hot heatwave, followed by three day’s of absolute shite. In a British Summer ANYTHING can happen.

I’d think cricket supporters would know better than anyone that losing two days play in Yorkshire in August is more than possible

I’m going day one just to be safe! You can’t lose really. Chances are you aren’t going to see any cricket but you will get your money back. Worth a gamble
