I asked about them last week in the ticket office when I got tickets for the Heerenveen game.
Lass I spoke to said they hadn’t even arrived yet!
Ticketmaster are not known for sending stuff out early.

The lass in the ticket office told me fatha that ticketmaster haven't figured out how to add and take away loyalty points on the new system yet.

Cheers mate...last year Post man delivered it to neighbours house...he was a fellow season card holder so he brought it round....
