How good an umpire are you?

5/5 then 3/5 then 2/5. Fair to say I won't ever be an umpire. I'm always getting lbw decisions right when I watch it on the tele like.
 
I have been a league Umpire in Yorkshire for about 5 years now. I do Saturdays and Wednesday Evening League - gets me out and I enjoy it.
 
The camera needs to be much further back, can't see if any were a no ball!
Plus much easier to gauge the flight of the ball than just seeing the last half a second suddenly appear on screen.

Really tempted to start Umpiring. Struggle to play because I fucked my ankle playing football a couple of years ago, but want to keep involved.

Only thing is I'm only 25, most Umpires are collecting their pension :lol:

I am not pensionable just yet, umpire in the NEPL and really enjoy most games but a few players let themselves down. Sometimes its absolutely spot on, other times, like this weekend, I feel like jacking it in.

Unfortunately there is very little common sense in local cricket.
