Long contract to give someone with his injury record. But done plenty with England to allow our academy to get more national recognition.
I imagine we won’t have to pay him much at all with his England contract.

Not sure! He is not on a full central contract so I believe we pay him and get compensation when he plays for England. Parkside did explain it to me on here.

Not many.
Doesn't even have to play. Just has to be selected for a tour and Durham are compensated for the whole tour.Basically, as I understand it, Durham only have to pay him when he's available to them.

I’ve never been able to get a definitive when asking the situation regarding payment/compensation for international players.
True but when Wood was downgraded to a white ball contract, Harker was quoted that it didn't make much difference as far as Durham were concerned.
