I’d be careful with those views mate.

You’ll have grown men standing outside your house shouting at it.
:idea::lol:

Prepare for trouble, inbound
I'm used to it. I just speak from the mind and try to be as honest as I can. Tin hats help though.

Keegan wasn’t all that imho. Yes, I admit he had you playing entertaining football but where he slipped up was in selling Cole to a rival for the title. I could understand selling him to a continental club but not a rival when you were in pole position to win the league
It was a strange time, that. It seemed like Man Utd had got into Cole's head, because once he was in the know about Man Utd's interest, he seemed to lose heart playing for us, not to mention blaming shin splints, which seemed to disappear when he signed for Man Utd.

I was in shock that morning when I found out. I was taking the bairn to school and one of the lads shouted " what do you think about Cole being sold" I said " Aye, of course he has mate (sarcastically)...and he shouted " wait till you get home and see the news.

Gutted I was but I did see the danger signs. I just didn't expect it to happen as quick as that.

I have to say I loved Keegan first time around, playing under Arthur Cox and then managing under Sir John Hall. It almost felt like success and in truth I would take something even near that feel good time, yet I don't use it as any yardstick as to how we should be competing in today's climate, because football sunk into the depths of hell not long after that, where premier league fans filling stadiums don't even pay the players wages and the clubs bills.

This is why I don't want a blank cheque owner.
Let's be honest....if Man City can't even fill their own stadium with all that money being/been pumped in then it shows how too much success and expectation can dull the senses.

I could really imagine my best marra typing that if he was mental enough to sign up here, your initials aren't G G or M G are they ?:lol::lol::lol:
No mate, they're definitely not my initials. You have my word of that and you also have my word that I really am a Newcastle United fan, I'm just not a Newcastle United fan that feels I have to hate rival fans.

I'm a Newcastle fan from Hartlepool.

Might be a mag but that's the best explanation i've seen of these hyper-successful teams.

One of the other sports I follow is Formula 1, I used to be buzzing when Lewis won a race, now it's just another routine win, unless something extraordinary happens during the race.

Suppose that's how they would feel, unless they're coming back from 2-0 down, someone is scoring a worldie, winning a title etc etc then ordinary wins are just... ordinary and expected.

My best marra is a life long Mag, 47 but doesn't spout the typical shit you read on here and the internet. I often say "normal" Mags do exist because I know a few. You will go down like a lead balloon among the rabid black and whites on here fwiw.

And I feel the same about the Mags I know, only time I don't have time for them is on the day we play each other and emotions are running high.

No idea if he’s reliable or not but ....

According to Chinese local media @titan_plus, @rafabenitezweb will be revealed as Dalian Yifang's new manager as soon as tomorrow afternoon.

If that's true' he's played a blinder to be fair, shafted the club, Ashley, the fans.
And still they love him:)

The premier league kicks off in less that 6 weeks, step forward Anthony Richard Pulis.

Anybody going to China is clearly doing it for the money.
If £12m a year is true he'd be a mug not to take it

I agree, he can do wtf he wants , we had the chance to keep him but chose not to.Sunderland fans thinking we feel shafted by that are simply wrong and they know it.

So why does being this wrong feel so right? ;)
