It's a decent argument tbf. I like Root in tests but sometimes he goes quite slowly in ODI cricket.

Buttler could have came in ahead of Morgan.

Good score that, any team will do well to chase near enough 350.

Scrolling through the thread and see there was a lot of complaining about Buttler not being in earlier, but at the expense of who? Root was in from the 20th(ish) over which is fair enough, then Morgan who’s not long hit a world record amount of sixes in a game and then Stokes who’s having a superb tournament. No pleasing some people sometimes.

Im not saying india will get it but havent you watched them? No total is unchaseable to them. Theyre not classed as the best chasers in cricket for no reason

Also their spinners were terrible, you'd said they were in a different world to ours!

Not like ali and rashid havent been lashed before is it. The wicket is an absolute mattress

Not sure how thats relevant to the post like but crack on :lol:

Buttler and Stokes should both move up one in the order imo.
