I think it would be funnier if he rocked up at some second division Spanish club, on a voluntary basis just because be loves that club, the chairman gives him £100m to spend , he gets rondon and Gareth bale and gets relegated to the Spanish 3rd division. They wouldn't know what to do with themselves

The mag fans have been getting tortured on our group what’s app.

When it was mentioned avram grant was being considered two of my mag mates removed themselves from the group chat.

Only for everyone to keep adding them every time they deleted out :lol:

1. Keegan. Pl 162, Won 83. Win % 51.2 - revered until it went sour at the end.
2. Sir Bobby. Pl 188, Won 83. Win % 44.1. Chased out of the club.
3. Glenn Roeder. Pl 52, Won 21. Win % 40.4.
Won the Intertoto certificate yet pied off when Fat Sam became available.
4. Alan Pardew. Pl 155, Won 58. Win % 37.4.
Chased out of the club.
5. Kenny Dalglish. Pl 56, Won 19. Win % 33.9. Chased out of the club.
6. Fat Sam. Pl 21, Won 7. Win % 33.3. Chased out of the club.
7. Rafa Benitez. Pl 86, Won 27. Win % 31.4.
Relegated, won the championship on the last day of the season having spent £47 million more than any rival. Whenever given any serious money in the PL, spent it on players who turned out to be total shite - Murphy, Muto, Almiron. Given God like status.

I think what most people don't understand about them is why so much of their fanbase think other fans don't understand them.

It's like one of those gimps on love island coming across all serious and mystical.

They are all laughing because Newcastle fans are taking Rafa departure badly and in some cases expressing hysterical claims. Like Sunderland fans are. But only Sunderland fans are querying how good a manager he is.

No they are laughing because Newcastle fans have put him up on a pedestal and seem to think his past successes somehow rub off on them.

Sunderland fans laugh at you because since 92 you’ve become an absolute embarrassment and a parody of all that’s wrong with modern football. Sexy football, famous number 9s, st James park and 52,000 Geordies every week, world class manager etc

The amount of catchphrases you lot come up with would make Roy Walker blush with embarrassment.

Would simply remove anybody who didnt manage under Ashley for a start. Think thats fair enough surely. So thats only Pardew Allardyce & Benitez left.Would say Allardyce not enough of a sample size in 21 games. Took over a team mid table with a transfer window to improve. As regards Pardew you are talking to one of the few Newcastle fans who have no problem with his time in charge. Was gutted when he left & events subsequently proved me right.
