I'm still not entirely sure what Ashley has done that involves him "taking the piss".

He offered a contract, Benitez didnt sign it
He gave Rafa money, they got Joselu
He sanctioned a breaking of the transfer record.

What would they be like if they ever got someone in charge who really screwed the club up?
Ye divent understand.

Ashley has upset a Nashun and its only right their MP is raising it in Westminster.

Louise Taylor in the Guardian today, bemoaning how FSW had the “Premier League’s weakest squad”. Just so much f***ing bullshit.

Instead of the customary thumbs up or little wave as Benítez turned on his heel and wandered off there were firm handshakes and, for this reporter, a kiss from Newcastle United’s manager.

First Keano now Rafa, downright wanton behaviour from Chompers

Rafa's 13th place last season was "a minor miracle". Performed under nearly impossible circumstances. You know like the transfer emhargo, administration, assett stripping...

" turning your back on County Durham "

Sunderland hasn't been in County Durham for nearly fifty years. It's in the same County as Newcastle.

I think you’ll find Sunderland was still in County Durham when Sombrero started going to matches. Newcastle however, has never been and probably never will be in County Durham, even though they probably claim it to be part of their ‘Geordie heritage’.

typical Spanish waiter then, cannot keep his hands, or lips, to himself

They are in the denial stage of grief

:D:lol::lol::lol: you bet they are

I've thought long and hard about sharing this information but fuck it, we all need a glimmer of hope today... This is Midhat Kidwai of BZG replying to me. This is genuine. Make of it what you will. Rafa...The Second Coming?

Aye, the 10th wasn't compared, strange that?

The Waiter has always been focused on securing the biggest possible tips. He was only at Newcastle to put himself in the shop window, so I do not understand why the fans are upset. Do they really think a guy who has managed know European finals was taken by the “magic of the Toon?”

Sky reporting Jose and Jokanovic have ruled themselves out. No one will touch that under the current regime.
Only ones who will touch that is a manager like Monk or McClaren who are looking for one easy pay day on a 12 month rolling contract
