Aye, they're terrible. Amla looks finished, Markram doesn't look like an international ODI player, Miller's always flattered to deceive and de Cock and du Plessis are scratching about.

That's what everybody said in the test matches last year, but iirc they swung us out at Trent Bridge and Moeen ragged through them at Hampshire.

Their pacebowlers are better than their spinners. Aye, they'd want to avoid a road against us - anyone would. But the best way to beat England imo remains a fast, pacy deck. We have good pacemen, but so do they. Think our spinners are maybe better than theirs - and their batsmen didn't look too clever against it yesterday.

Either way, India's seam attack should not be underestimated. It's literally ranked best in the world in ODIs.

if Pakistan beat New Zealand, Afghanistan and Bangladesh in their final three group games (not impossible), England will have to beat two of Australia, India and New Zealand (also not impossible) to reach World Cup semi-finals.

I'm worried (you'll be surprised to know). NZ surely due a defeat after a few near misses and a Pakistan side with backs to the wall is up there with a Windies side when some idiot englishman has wound them with some daft comment as the most dangerous side to face in world cricket

What a monumental fuck up that was on Friday.
 
IMO it will be New Zealand v England semi and aus v India in the other

Aye the lower order were lax like, don't think they realise consequences

I still fancy us to win 2 out of 3, which I am not convinced we will require

Pakistan are dangerous mind, almost worst side to be in that situation

But Bangladesh have a chance too remember

Bangladesh and Pakistan play each other last game at Lord's. Not sure how I feel about that. I have a ticket and it will be a fantastic game and occasion if it is winner takes all. But of cause that will mean that we are out.
