Cricket World Cup 2019

Totally different proposition to playing one day series compared to the world cup. Australia and India look much stronger.

Australia don’t look stronger at all, they have no depth to their batting whatsoever, and have the worst batting side Australia have had in many a year.

I have had a bet on India as 7/2 at the start as England were 7/4 and don’t think much between the sides, but England overall the best team.

Would have been an all time great innings by Stokes too that

Just shows you different between tail enders, that ball was never going near the stumps, but Wood didn't know where he was

No. But he’s at 7. He’s expected to be hit and miss when he comes in late. Just like Woakes. And Rashid. And Curran.

His bowling is generally very solid.

He is a senior player and should be doing alot better with the bat and his shot selections. He is thick as mince

Fair enough about Australia assessment but to maintain England still strongest is way off imo. Australia did us before tournament began too.

Little batting depth in squad as evidenced by Vince today.

Be interesting to see how we get on against the Aussies and India next. I'm not confident like.

When I checked before the tournament, his bowling economy was the best out of all England bowlers
Who has he bowled against and on what stage. Shite vs major nations, in Ashes and shite so far in the World Cup.

So-called allrounder who is not a reliable batsman whatsoever. Plunkett or Curran are far better fits

We won like 11 series in a row to be fair, including India and Australia home n away

Losing games within those series, problem is no 2nd chance in WC

Its the first time in the tournament we have batted poorly though, people need to rememebr that

He literally bowled out India in Southampton last summer

He was our top wicket taker in Sri Lanka in our 3-0 series win

youbrought tests into it, but don't just make stuff up
