I wouldn't be so sure, all the talk of the Arabs, losing rafa, mourinho saying he'd be interested, if they got dyche the majority would be stupidly disapointed

I think you'd be surprised. Most of the match going mags I know are fully expecting Rafa to go. They'll blame Ashley of course but Dyche would be a tremendous replacement and not one they'd be expecting considering their history of managers (Pardew, Kinnear, Keegan etc).

Instead of Benítez, I’m not so sure they would. Mind if it was under new owners they are desperate for, the reactions would be interesting

because this is dragging on and on, I think we're going to be disappointed with the anticipated meltdown. Rafa's departure has been inevitable for 2 months now imo.

I’m definitely edging to him going, I’m still not convinced there won’t be a meltdown, though I do understand what you are saying about match going fans

Can't believe people are seriously suggesting Dyche is a better manager than Benitez. If we were in the Premier league on the back of a 10th place and a 13th place finish how many would want our manager replaced with Burnleys Sean Dyche man .

We finished tenth under Bruce.

would I swap Bruce for Dyche?

Yep.

When people are on about a long term project as a reason to stick with ross, this fella wouldve been perfect. If we hadnt sent them b*stard flowers i wouldve been happy to back dyche even if we went down. He wouldve weeded out the wasters and had us in a much better position going forward.

I think you would be surprised, if dyche went there and had the start rafa did this season, they would be up in arms, history tells you that.

He strikes me as similar to Allardyce in that he manages the team to be effective rather than playing nice football and getting twatted but praised. On the other hand, he seems to have about 300% more integrity than Sam, is less cash hungry and he also doesn't figuratively masturbate in front of a statue of himself every night, allegedly. Note: the latter thing is unconfirmed.
